I'm a normal US 11 on my UB, 350s, even J1's. With these Adilette '22 I had to go down (and I couldn't believe) to a size 9. One size down at 10 is like your feet on this video while wearing the '22. Too big, too roomy, too spacious. Overall doesn't really look & feel good while on my feet.

I'm looking to buy new running shoes. What does "True to size" actually mean? Is it the actual size of your foot or is it your foot size + a thumb's allowance? Never really paid attention to it over the years and just buy the size I usually do as my "true to size". Probably gonna get my foot measured and get some advice on a running store but would be good to know someone else's opinion before going there.

I got a Mizuno Wave Rider 27 in luminous white color. That is a green/yellow color like this Nike Pegasus 41 ! In The end I loved that yellowish color of my Rider. Especially that I could get the shoes with a superior discount. Good to use at night and also awesome during the day. This color option for the Pegasus 41 will be the first to get discounted in a few months !

They are really comfortable but sizing blows. I'm 8.5 US and believe it or not, size 11 is still ok with me. I tried 1 size up as recommended (size 9) and I can't easily slide my foot in and out and my heels are on the brink. Store ran out of size 10 so I tried size 11 and surpsingly it's ok. It has a bit of an allowance on the heel when I slip my foot all the way in. It's also the size where I can easily slide my feet. Toe box is snug so get a bigger size. Would have loved to try a size 10 maybe it'll fit me better but in short, get a bigger size if you want a relaxed fit.

If two sizes fit the same you should go with the smaller, not the larger.
